23/06/2009 - Staff complete coast to coast cycle ride AGAIN

11 Thompson staff, 1 Taps staff and 1 customer took part in the 4th annunal coast to coast (C2C) bycle ride from Whitehaven to Sunderland.

The team cycled 147 miles over three days (from 19^th to 21^st June) raising money for 4 charities:

Tommys – the baby charity

Mencap

Macmillan cancer support

Ryan McKenzie Fund - a little boy from Washington with autism who needs to go to America on an intensive program which isn’t available in the UK

Amount raised is yet to be confirmed.
