Position:

HR Manager

Job Description:

An HR Manager is required by a leading independent builder’s merchant. Reporting to the Managing Director this role provides a broad generalist service. Key responsibilities will include:
• Contribute to the development of HR strategy
• Support key projects
• Support, coach and advise management
• Collate and present accurate HR information within business review meetings
• Conduct regular training and implement a training and development program
You will have a proven track record within HR Management and have in-depth knowledge of all the key responsibilities included above. The ideal candidate must be CIPD qualified and have hands on experience with overseeing Health and Safety.
